XinNian Petrochemical Additives Company is a company with produce, sales and research .We have titles of Shanghai high technology company、Green catalytic material research base,etc. XinNian has about 90 employees, which 25% are technology personnel, not includes a consultants team made up of over 20 professors, senior engineers and specialists. The first XinNian chairman of the board Mr. XieQingHua is a specialist who acquired national technology allowance which is given by the State Department directly, who also now is a member of the company consultants team.
XinNian was based on a research institute belonged to HuaHua group company in Wenzhou, We moved to Shanghai on 2004. We have been doing research on zeolite and catalyst for all most 30 years, and also have a good reputation in field by providing good and stable quality products and services. Customers include: Sinopec, PetroChina and few foreign companies. We had cooperated with RIPP and other famous research institutes for many years, and worked together on many projects, which of some had been given first prize and second prize of the National Technology Award .By doing these cooperative works we gained good experiences on zeolite research、industrial enlarged and about engineering and technics.
Now XinNian has a 63,000 m2 site, with about 20,000 m2 buildings. A manufacture line which has capacity of Y zeolite 2000 ton/year 、ZSM-5 orβzeolite 1000ton/year, absorbent of chlorine 500 ton/year, and about 1000 ton/year of other catalysts and carriers.
XinNian runs a strict QC system, aimed on “providing the best quality product” to our customers. Our lab has most equipments needed for zeolite manufacture, includes XRD,BET, flame photometer, spectrophotometer,ect, The new lab building has been put into use on october 2009,we can improve our jobs and also provide better service to all our customers.
